Harassment Log

The Harassment from the Chris Borrow family and friends network continues. The Body attacks and the V2K have been about the same as the last few days. They have been using lower power levels then in the past and have been targeting me in my sleep more every time I lay down. It is not hard to tell people. I have become feed up with all this crap, and do hope arrest are made soon.

A few comments made by way of V2K background chatter as I now call it were.

“I don’t want to go back to prison”

This I can believe, since I understand they were in fact mean to him the first time around.

“I don’t know what to tell ya, he wants someone to go to prison over this shit”

That would be saying it in a very polite manner. I want seven death sentences for the seven that were present when they did the deed in a south Arlington shop. These are also the seven I feel responsible for my ex girlfriends near death experience.

“I had no idea he was like this or I would have left the son-of-a-bitch alone along time ago”

Well, I guess some mistakes you walk away from, others you get the Chair for. That statement above, sounds like they only pray on the week. That would explain one more reason why there seem to be more female victims around here then men.

“I want him to leave Robin and Shane alone”

I feel that he would like to take revenge out on my ex because of two reasons. This will not be allowed to happen. I am sure he would like that since she also rejected his advances and I feel every female that has done this was also harassed in some way.

Another reason I see for this statement is the fact that at one time her family and his were close. They have had an argument of the years since this has started, and I feel he blames her folks as the reason he had to mortgage his home to continue his pursuit of me. He did after all do this to her brother, I saw them harassing him my self in 1986. I feel that he would like to take revenge out on my ex and her family because of the two reasons. Ex’s rejection and family argument.

The body attacks as mentioned above have been with lower power in the last few days compared to the year’s prior. I am still being targeted in my heart, eyes, groin and head, with other parts of my body being hit intermittent.

It seems the most of the head attacks are coming in my sleep now, and I feel this is an attempt to mess my brain up. Remember the comment? The rest of the head attacks seem to be directed at distraction and damage both. Face it folks, being targeted in your brain area or anywhere else for that matter, can not be healthy and will probably have long term damage as a result.

Example of the attacks is this morning.

I awoke with pain in my head at 0300hrs. I went to rest room. Urine was dark and cloudy; my neck (left side) was beat red with white spots showing very prominent. Neck area was tender to the touch. Left gland swollen or enlarged.

There is more to list but that is a good example of how these people act and conduct them self’s. They are in fact using different forms of non-lethal weapons, so they classify them as that. Let me tell you folks, there in nothing non-lethal about them for where I sit.

They are in fact using frequency weapons; these are weapons that work with radio frequencies. The human body works with frequencies also. All that is required is some way of targeting the victim and then turning a knob and finding the correct frequency for a curtain region of the body. I little more fine-tuning and after awhile you will be able to dial right in on a persons vital organs. If done at the precise power level, the result is death in some cases.

I feel these people are a danger to us all, you me and all of our family’s. And they stuff they are playing with is more then dangerous, it is deadly. Please spread this around, Bloggers, please link to this. The more that know, the less it will happen. All I did was get a divorce. It could have been you.

Harassment Log

My fan club the Chris Borrow family and friends network are still at it. That is to say the harassment of my self continues. The V2K continues with the same background chatter as it has been with few exceptions. They now have seemed to figure out that they have in fact picked the wrong guy to play games with and I will not back down from my pursuit to get each and every one of them their right full place in the Gas Chamber.

They do in fact want me to believe the Government is going to allow this to continue and they are protected some how. The comment was “Chris said not to worry about it, he will protect us” “we need to get the son-of-a-bitch arrested”

I have found many victims of this type of crime and most of them say the same thing, which it is not government sponsored in their case. And then there are those that feel the government is the only ones with such technology as to pull this off. Seems there is confusion here.

You do not have to work for the government to get this technology people, you can buy some of this ready to go online from some companies and others will sell you plans and blue prints that are so easy to follow that your 12 year old can build one of these devices.

As stated many times, in my case the kids father did work for the government however and they did in fact tell lies about me to get this off the ground. However, I got a divorce and nothing more then that. If I understand this right, it did not fly with the higher ups I guess.

The rest of the family and friends network apparently have a free ride so to speak because their boss man lies his ass off for them to pocket money doing harassment/ revenge services in the area. May be he did not know all about their activities, but there is no excuses now is there.

At any rate, this is not being done by the United States Government. They would not spend TEN years and all that money just because I had marital problems now would they. And they would not play me on the radio if trying to covertly investigate me for any crime. I would have at least been asked something before I started being followed around the United States for all this time, now wouldn’t I.

The attacks on my body have changed somewhat though. I am not sure as to why at this point but it may have to do with out of town visitors. These people have been pissing a lot of folks off besides myself. I do feel however their boss man was in fact in town recently and may still be around.

As for the attacks, they did not really attack my body today until I returned home. That is strange considering that up till now they would not care and attack me anywhere, even driving down the road. Another thing about the attacks the last two days, normally when taking a crap they would in fact target my testicels while sitting on the toilet. The last two mornings they did not. I am not complaining about this however, it is quite uncomfortable to say the least, rather just an observation.

Once back at home though they were still a bit different today, most are either being done with such low power that they are mild. Although, once I lay down for sleep, I have been awaking with pain in my head and the feeling I was rode hard and hung up wet. I am only sleeping around two hours at a time before coming awake with the above pain.

They did make a comment a few days ago after what seemed to be a butt chewing going on in the background that “they would f*** me up so bad I would not be able to testify against them”. I feel this is their attempt at keeping that word.

As for the set up, they are still trying to get me set up some how and I am still being played on the radio. Neither one is hard to tell when its happening and I do play them some what just to keep them away from the rest of you and your families. These people go after women the most it seems, as most of the victims in this area I have found to be female. Pornography I feel is the reason for this.

As for being followed around today, well besides my fan club, I would not know. I do know that when at the coffee house I am being played on the am/fm and is very easy to tell as it does face the freeway and I do notice not only the public looking that way but my fan club riding back and forth in twos.

That is two in each car, two cars in each direction and they are spaced about one to two miles apart. I come up with the distance by judging the time it takes from number one to pass till number two goes by at freeway speed. I feel they must keep a Curtin range in order to broadcast me on the am/fm and that each of these cars may or may not carry such equipment.

Although I have seen them park close by in one car while the rest rode back and forth. I feel this is to watch over the stationary one that is in fact acting as the relay station if you will.

Harassment Log

Continued:

Body Attacks: After awaking at 0150 I went to the restroom. No discolor visible in urine. Looking in mirror, left side of neck very red and upon inspections of throat it seemed like my left gland was swollen or enlarged. Could be nothing, could mean every thing.

Speculation: My ex wife although suddenly developed a thyroid problem. This was after a brief break up, and were apart for some time and then got back together. Once again, this guy can not take rejection well and I feel at this time I need to check dates. I feel it is quit possible after what I have learned about this device he plays with that he may have used it on her as well. This is just a gut feeling here.

I do know for fact that it was used on her brother Freddy. Once again a personal favor being done. I am not saying my in-laws at the time asked for that, they did ask for Freddy to be followed to find out where he was getting his weed at. I wonder how many of his old friends are now hearing voices? This was happening around 1986. I even know where they were living at the time.

The reason I feel he was done like myself is simple, when he and his sister were growing up, my fan club member here throw a rock hitting my ex in the head, her brother Freddy chased him down and beat his ass. Once again, I feel this shows instability in this person, as he (Freddy) was also a victim of revenge.

Oh by the way, the story given out when Freddy’s returned home was that he had taken some bad dope and that was why he was hearing voices. That is a blatant lie told to my ex in-laws. I feel they wanted to believe that lie and still do today. More on this in other post if you look.

0257hrs.Can not sleep, kidney attacks, burning/pulsing sensation on right side.

The rest of the attacks were positioned as what I have started to call normal, that is they happen so frequently to log all of them would in fact take most all day. My eyes, my heart, my groin and my head area are still the favorites. You can really feel it settle on you and the pulsing/ burning sensations start up. Like sticking needles in to your body I guess would explain it right.

For theses next comments to make sense you must know that I went to Star Bucks Coffee Monday night September 13, 2004 around 2200hrs and was there till around 2245hrs. When I got there, there was a gold colored car (leased more then likely) parked right in front of the doors. It had one male occupant.

This person watched me park and walk in, the whole time it seemed he was eyeing me. He had his hand to his face somewhat as I approached. This all by its self means nothing, I am used to being watched and scrutinized these days as I have been played on the am/fm in what appears to be some kind of backwards set up. Good thinking right? In my opinion that shows two things, but we might get to them latter.

The occupant of said car just set in the vehicle the whole time he was parked there, which was at min. 25 minutes. He did not come in for coffee nor did I see him drinking any. I did not see anyone else enter the vehicle before his departure. Again, all this still means nothing.

The background conversations how ever do add some merit to all the above in my opinion though. The following are comments picked up, some times these comments are made to misdirect me but others times their outdated equipment gives them away I feel. And as stated in September 14, 2004, log (part one) the attacks on my body were quit mild in this time frame also.

“Chris set there and watched him, he couldn’t believe you f***ed with this guy” “the guy has too much confidence, you will never convince anyone he is crazy”

These comments were made September 14, 2004 at 1240hrs. The are referring I feel to getting out of this somehow.

“Because, I didn’t have the right to f*** with him and here you are”

Something else followed right there but it’s lost now.

“I’m sorry man”

“Well I’m not going to jail over this shit you are”

This evening while at the cemetery paying my respects to my nephew I was not only having to hear the voice to skull attacks but also was having my groin attacked, my precisely the head of my penis. How disrespectful can a person be. I could feel the same pulsating/burning feeling. I was also being played on the radio I feel as an attempt to make me look like whatever.

I do speak out loud to my nephews grave at times, telling him how much I miss him. If that by its self makes me crazy then what about my fan club broad casting it on the air waves, just how is their mental health these days. It seems to me they should be evaluated. all of them.

That brings to mind about two years ago while working around the alliance area. I would stay at the fuel stop right off of I-35w and spur 170. I know for fact I was being played on the am/fm radio waves at the time and I being my smart-ass self was dogging this guy and his crew. I was serous about one thing though and that was when I had offered to buy him a visit with the best shrink in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area, out of my pocket, just to help him pull his head out of his butt and in hopes he would realize just how messed up he really is. Come on people, you can not be playing with a full deck doing things like this to people. Even if some of it is quite funny, it is still most sick in nature and against all morels.

Harassment Log

The V2K continues, that is the squatters (my fan club) are still running their mouth non-stop. Yesterday’s was much the same as the day before and the day before that. Comments made to misdirect me in my pursuit to get them the gas chamber. When you already know who is responsible for the crime it then becomes a matter of putting all the prices together. That’s how I see it anyway.

COMMENTS:

A couple comments over heard (background chatter) that disturbs me. One of these would be about my ex girlfriend. The comment was made that she was reading a book and either had not or did not want to go out. If this is true, that tells me they are stalking and or watching her some how and are once again planning their next set up on her. I have mentioning before that I feel they are responsible for her misfortunes both times. This would be proof in my opinion that they indeed plan their stalking routine for her at this time.

Another comment was when I mentioned the use of repeaters. These are devices that will increase range of transmutations, and quite possibly the body attacks also. I had mentioned that I felt they were in fact using something like this and reside in the next neighbor hood as I have seen them come out of that area before upon leaving my location.

The comment was “you better do something” and the reply from other was” I can’t, there is always someone home”. Which at my location that is a correct statement on there part. Very seldom is this place empty of life.

Another comment I wonder about if it has any merit. That would be a comment about one of the females stopping by to excuse her self from this shit if possible. The one in question is a cute small female and the apparent girlfriend of a member of my fan club. Comment made was “he just wants to f*** her”. Well maybe, but then again, they have all been part in trying to set me up, and that would be a good way to go now wouldn’t it, I mean have conceptually sex just to have her scream rape. No thanks. Just conversation for me right now.

And after watching this guy work, and knowing his first wife left him because he would rather follow me around then take care of his business with her. I just get the feeling she might be afraid of retaliation from him or other members of his crew. I do often wonder how his ex-wife is doing these days, has she also become a victim of his.

My self as of late have been working on law reforms for are Great State of Texas and Nation wide. I am ignorant in this field but I am a fast learner so hope still remains it will come about. Anyone that knows or has an idea on how to make this happen faster please contact me.

The types of weapons being used against me are in fact more dangerous than a conventional weapon could ever be. I myself would like those committing this crime against me to be made an example of, just to show what will happen if you do in fact get caught doing this to someone.

Maybe the next one will think twice if they learn they will in fact get the death sentence. Write your congressman and ask his support in this matter no matter what state you live in. This could have been you just as easy as it was me. I got a divorce and this is nothing more then revenge by an old flame.

THE BODY ATTACKS:

The body attacks are the same with this exception. Last night Sept. 13, 2004 between 1800hrs and 2100hrs the attacks were so mild as to be non-existent if they were even present. This is strange to myself, I mean they have been so blatant in their attacks and then all the sudden they stop for a two hour period.

Did they have company of sorts? Malfunction of some kind? Why is the question I have to ask, and only for two hours at that. After that above time period they did once again return to what I have become to call normal.

I went to bed last night around 2330hrs and came awake at 0130hrs after two hours nap if you will. Upon awaking I had a headache. I inspect my pillow and it is most/damp to the touch (sweat) as is the back of my head. My hair was damp in the rear of my skull between the ears.

I made comment “you trying to kill me in my sleep again ya little f***”. In the background I heard “Tracy knows what your doing” and then “I don’t give a f***”. There was more but I really just have heard it so many times now I don't pay much attention anymore.

I also had an induced dream before awaking at the above time. It had to do with a very fake looking witch. It was also very short in duration compared to the rest. I feel it was a spur of the moment production and must have bee put together at their location since it was only a two hour nap if you will that does not leave time for any other possibilities. The reason for this type of dream I feel was before bed I was harassing my fan club and had mentioned witches.

Thank you for your reply, but I feel we have a misunderstanding of my contact purpose. I also support the second amendment rights and the NRA.

This is however not about normal weapons such as the ban on assault weapons bill would include. These weapons I mention and have become very concerned about (and so should you) are not the normal every day type of weapon.

The weapons I am referring to would more then likely fall under them term of non-lethal weapons according to what I have learned about them.

They are in fact forms of microwave / frequency weapons and they can not be compared to what we all view as assault weapons. These are more dangerous then a rifle or handgun could ever be. Let me explain.

When a person is attacked, shot or killed with a normal weapon, there is evidence of a crime present. A bullet wound. When a person is attacked, injured or killed by a microwave / frequency weapon there is not much evidence if any visible. That is because the damage is done from the inside out, unlike conventional weapons which is opposite outside in so to speak.

Imagine if you will boiling an egg. Once boiled and put back with the rest, there is very little difference in there appearance. That is not to say there is no difference. The only way to tell which is which is by looking inside, opening up the egg.

Now a person that becomes a victim of this is much the same as the egg described, there is very little difference in the outward appearance. Once again that is because the damage is being done from the inside out.

This leaves the victim of such types of crime almost helpless to stop it because until laws are changed and revised the police have limited ability or none at all to police the crime being committed.

Senator, I myself have become a victim of such types of devices as non lethal weapon mentioned above, and I can tell you first hand just how dangerous they are. It is quite painful and I feel the damage that is done is long lasting and possible even permanent.

These devices have found there way into the hands of criminals and organized crime it would seem and after researching this subject I found that not only could I purchase plans and blue prints on line but could even go as far as to purchase a completed weapon ready to be used on any unsuspecting person.

So far only the State of Michigan has revised laws to help cover this type of crime. It is (256) 2004 and (257) 2004 Michigan Laws. I encourage you to review these laws and pass appropriate laws in your state.

I also encourage you to review the links below. They will help you to understand just how dangerous and sick in nature this type of crime has become. I have found many people all across the United States that have stated that they also feel they have become victims. Some of which I do believe have in fact.

Harassment Log

The harassment continues, Both the body attacks and what I have come to call the squatters, Which are in fact the Chris Borrow family and friends network with their voice to skull comments.

The attacks are much the same as most days, my eyes and heart along with my groin are the most popular targets. These individuals are really in need of a good ass kicking, followed by mental evaluations for the whole group, and incarceration for life with some getting the death penalty for what they have done.

This morning and yesterday both I awoke with my groin sweaty, not normal over night body sweat, because that would cover your entire body. No this was just in my groin and surrounding area. To help you understand, I went to bed with my sweat pants and boxers on. When I awoke, like most men I had the cubby, but also pain in the area just above my groin and to the right. About two to three inches up.

My sweats and boxers were both moist/damp to the touch. No I did not pee myself. It was not a urine smell that I could detect. I awoke around 0750hrs and it is now 1101hrs, I just checked for smell to be sure and both my boxers and pants are still damp in that area, three hours later. Once again, my morning urine was cloudy, but not as dark as the other day.

The V2K comments are for the most part the same as they have been lately. Either trying to lead me into saying something, most likely about his cousin being killed, or being some kind of informant. Or blatant threats against my life.

Note: Speculation: I know for fact that while I was being stalked across the United States while working as a truck driver, that one member of my fan club had to make monthly reports to his PO in the south. He would depart from the rest of the crew and make the trip either by him self or with his girlfriend from where ever I was in the states.

I was running a lot of east to west and was usually either traveling I-80 or I-70 with the accessional higher routes for change of scenery or because of weather conditions. Most of it was I-80 back and forth for weeks at a time and then I would be routed to Texas for my time off (3 to 4 days).

As for his cousin’s murder, it is now and has always been my belief that he killed his own cousin. The reasons I could list would be Nemours and I will not list all in this format because this is public log, but some are listed in other posts. I feel that would leave him one of the prime suspects in the case if still open. The fact that he was born with a bible salesman's tongue would have helped him shift blame to others including myself.

Here are a few comments made last night V2K. Like always, I dog on this punk, he is so childish its unreal. Its like he feels he can do what ever he wants to whom ever he wants and not have to be held responsible. I can’t help but wonder just how many people have fallen victims to him and his crew. Anyway the comments were blatant threats to my life I feel. Which, once again is nothing new here but still. These are just a few, there are way to many to list as they never turn the box/device off, they do seem to be addicted to its use and the power it must give them to play GOD.

1) “I’m going to turn it all the way up and leave”.

They have done that before, it felt like I was being boiled alive for about four straight hours. It turned my entire body red and it was quite unpleasant to say the least.

2) “Just throw it away, they won’t know where to look”

I have to assume they mean for the sound that would still be transmitted, but then again, it would seem to me the power supply would run down. I have to wonder though, if that happened and some one found it, would I still be affected and quite possible killed by someone that never even knew what he or she did? That is a scary thought for my self anyway.

3) “Sounds like I’m already going to prison, I might as well kill the S.O.B. before I go”

Like that would not be something new for myself. They have tampered with my vehicles, both commercial and my private car in attempts to cause accidents resulting in either in my death or being charged with something as result.

They have spread many lies about me being responsible for someone else’s misfortune and some things much worse then that, anyone of which could have either started an altercation with others or just down right got me shot.

Harassment Log

The hacking continues, I have had to reset one of my four yahoo accounts just about every time I sign on now. It has got quit old but nothing compared to the rest of the harassment. I do feel they are trying to keep others from contacting me and me them. Why would they worry so much if the information was not correct? They would not. Simply put, they know I have them.

The body attacks continue, at times more severe then others. I feel this is due to the fact of who is working the harassment at the time. They do work in shifts it would seem. I can normally tell which ones are there just by the comments and the frequency and types of attacks.

This morning I awoke around 0745hrs. My body felt week, and my head hurt. It was different then a normal headache though. The pain was located in the top, left, rear of my skull. Upon awakening it felt tender to the touch, but faded after about 20 minutes. My urine was thick, cloudy and dark.

My ears also seemed to be affected by this. The reason I add that is, it was like changing altitudes, when you have pressure build up and then your ears pop or open. It is my belief that they were targeting my brain last night in my sleep and it was a result of pressure build up, expanding tissues if you will. I know this from pervious attacks and the fact that years ago the same type of thing (pressure build up)sent me into a seizure where I would have died if not for Jack. Thank You Jack.

The time frame was once again. Awake at 0745hrs and ears open at 0757hrs. During this time(waking)the attacks were being centered at my chest. Dead center of my chest, I could feel the pulsing, followed by a burning sensation followed by pain and muscles contracting.

My eyes were also a target last night it would seem. I say this because I had eye snot build up in my left eye this morning upon awakening. Last night before and while I was trying to go to sleep they were in fact targeting both my eyes, first the left then the right and then back. I would like to point out that up until three or four months ago I had perfect eyesight. 20/15 left and 20/17 right. I know this from DOT tests.

The attacks also have seemed to move to the center of my back. This could be because it will be harder for me to photograph the effects of the damage. It does normally leave my body with redness showing; most of which dissipates within a few minutes to a few hours depending on the intensity and duration of the attack.

While the V2K continues it has changed once again. Now I have both the background chatter and the direct assault going on. Most of this is obvious attempts to either lead me into saying something or to feed me disinformation. At any rate it is very sick in nature. I have started to call them squatters.

A list of comments said toward me lately or just picked out of the background is below. There is way too much to list here, It would take me all day to get through the last few months of the comments and I have saved a lot of them from YEARS gone by.

“The only way were going to get out of this is if Tracy doesn’t press charges”

“I’ll f*** him up so bad he won’t be able to testify”

“I’m not going to take this anymore, if you don’t go talk to him, I’m going to”

“I’m just going to walk up to his window tomorrow and ask him if he would step outside and talk to me”

“All Tracy wanted was to see robin and Shane happy”

“That’s what I’m saying, he’s going to post this”

“Chris better do something today, I want the S.O.B. dead”

“If you want me too I’ll put on my uniform and go talk to him with you”

“See he doesn’t have to type the password”

“He’s got to much information”

“Someone is following him around”

“Someone followed us home”

“You need to quit”

“Well he put my family name in the world”

“I can’t take this shit anymore”

“Why don’t you arrest him”

“I can’t arrest him”

“I thought you were a cop”

“My father was a cop”

“If I were you, I would talk it to him”

“I’ll say that for the guy”

“That’s it, that’s it”

What people do not understand is the aspect of their game. That is to harass a person in this nature in hopes they will complain. Most will not, since it does sound so crazy to say that you have people with nothing better to do but follow you around and harass you. Mine have followed me across the United States and in to Canada for a period of four straight years. I was driving a truck at that time and would run average of 2800 miles a week. Now that sounds out there right? It is a fact and I did document much of it.

This type of crime is very hard to explain anyway, and if law enforcement, doctors and friends easily intimidate you, then it becomes worse for the victim. The set up on victims is quite organized in many aspects. Once a victim complains, then come the appointments with the shrinks. By this point most victims are feed up with the whole issue and have a definite negative attitude towards the whole system.

That is they file a complaint with law enforcement only to be told to see a doctor (more or less). They see a shrink only to be told “you need med.’s” which of course they know they do not. Now the harassment changes gears and the victim is moving more and more towards taking matters into their own hands.

The victim has now complained to the law, and has seen shrinks. There by making it easier to not only continue but also intensify the harassment. They (victim)are not going to be believed more and likely and the attackers now have less chance of being caught simply because no one is looking. The victim now becomes more feed up and begins to isolate them self's.

Once this starts, they have two agendas. One would be to continue to harass you as much as possible there by making you lose it and go off on a unsuspecting person, one that has just been drawn into the game being played but really has no idea of just how you are being harassed. They may if fact even believe that they are doing a good deed.

This is just one of the “set ups” they like to use. I feel this one is for personal amusement purposes. They get to watch someone either beaten down or someone being killed. Both resulting in the victim going to jail. The other commonly used set up is drugs.

They find out that you are sedating your self with the use of illegal drugs and work off that trying to get you arrested. They may even use crime stoppers so as to make a dollar off your misfortune.

The second agenda would be to either drive you mad (crazy) where you will be admitted to the local nut hut, or to the point of suicide. Both of these ways are very common in they way these people operate.

Harassment Log

0400hrs

A am awaken this morning by my fan club the Chris Borrow family and friends net work with them still attacking my body with what ever form of frequency / microwave weapon they are using. This mornings attacks were different though.

Most times when I am awaken like this it is because either my heart was being targeted and my body, being what the human body and brain are, alerts me to the fact that something is not happening right within, or it is my groin being targeted and I awake just out of the discomfort of this form of attack.

This mornings attack was different though. I awoke have breathing difficulties and was force to use my Ablution Inhaler. I noticed that my left side of throat was painful and the muscles in that area were constricting or contracting. Thus I feel causing air flow blockage. I have had them target my throat before while awake, and while they were doing it, had the sensation of choking. I feel this was an attempt to either force an asthma attack or blatantly kill me while I slept.

Same every time I sleep really, I get about four hours of sleep and then the targeting begins again. I wonder how long it takes to recharge the battery on the mobile device. I am pretty sure that it will run down in four hours from experiences of being attacked, but most charging systems recharge faster then that. Could it be that it takes maybe only 2-3 hours to recharge? Is that why my attack patterns come just four hours after I go to sleep. My opinion is yes.

I feel my ex girlfriend is being targeted her self. I feel at this time she does not even know it though. She also has asthma and more severally then my self. I have not spoken with her directly about this but it has come to my attention that she may have suffered a number of unexplainable asthma attacks over the last two to three years. The time frame I was in contact with her I might add. Remember my friend Shawn?

Melissa my also have information about my fan club, and I see that as a danger to her at this time.

NOTE:

For any of you that have never had or known someone with asthma, It is very dangerous for the patient . It will force your body to react as being suffocated. It is a very scary experience for those affected and has taken many lives of its victims.

Now most times people who have asthma learn at a very early age just what will and what won’t set it off. Example, you learn that you can not participate in curtain events / activities because of this. When you have one of these attacks that are unprovoked it really makes you think about what you did or where you went as to head off the next. Asthma will kill you if not controlled.

The other attacks on my body have been coming in the form of the muscles in my back constricting in the left shoulder area. Could it be they are trying to still reach my heart though the back door so to speak? I feel it is so. Also my skull has become a target the last few days more then normal. The left and right areas just behind the ears and a little higher. You can feel the pulsating most times but the attacks are always with two things.

1) Burning sensation or unexplained itching.

2) Sharp rise in body temperature.

The voice to skull continues as well. The background chatter last night and this morning indicate that they are unhappy with the fact I am posting this on-line, and the fact that I have started a back up blog page. Guess they are the ones responsible for all this, as I have always stated since the beginning or they would not care what I posted. Right? Another concern seems to be that someone in this area (fort worth) will read this and the people they have been laying to about me in order to solicited their help will find out the truth or realize that these are the one that set them up some years ago.

Comment by fan club “I am trying to get the son of a bitch arrested” I feel he meant set up, like Melissa, Bill, Karen, Paul, Dora lean, Bruce, Shawn, and a few neighborhood people.

One comment was “you couldn’t stop him from doing it” replies “yes I can, I’ll burn his computer up”. This was between to males. I would like to point out that Saturday night after working on line my system would not shut down. It signed off all right, but would not shut completely down (go off). I just turned the monitor off as to save what I could in case, and went about my business.

About two hours later I could still see the light showing saying my computer was on. The comment made was a laughing one after I had to just turn the power completely off causing my system to crash. I feel they were using one of the frequency devices to interrupt my system in hope of damaging it.

This type of attack happens daily while at home, That is they jam, freeze up or other wise disables my computer system. Why? Why would they do such things? I have my own thoughts and opinions on this.

They also some how effect the programs in my computer, mostly my spell check program. I am afraid that I my self do not spell very well. Oh, my reading and comprehension skills are average or better, but I am a non-speller, weird uh?

Opening statements

Welcome to the very strange and dangerous world of Electronic Harassment. The things you are about to read will sound crazy to most of you people.

Most of you will say “There’s no way”, “the guy has lost it” or he’s off his meds”.

I assure you none of the above is true. I have seen shrinks. I have a very good grip on reality and if you ever become a victim of this, meds will not help you end it. They will only, with luck sedate you enough just to get through it, but that’s it.

All the events you will read about are true. Any speculation will be so stated. The weapons being used against myself and possible hundreds across the nation are very real and very dangerous. They can and will kill you.

At this time only the State of Michigan has passed laws restricting the use of such weapons or devices. I urge all of you to call or write your congressman and inquire as to there position on the subject and encourage them to pass appropriate laws in your state.

About my self.

My name is Tracy Givens. I am a 42 year old white male. I was married for 13 years to the same women and we were together a total of 17 years. Childhood sweethearts if you will.

We had one child from that marriage.

Wondering what happened? Well I messed up and thought the grass was greener on the other side I guess. I will accept blame for this, as it was my decision to do what I did.

In August of 1992 we got a divorce, in the later part of 1993 I got the pleasure of having a fan club. A going away present from her family. What a deal right? Well it gets better.

This harassment has been a on going ordeal every since that time. I have been stalked across the United States and even into Canada for years at a time. I have woke up in a hospital with my tongue bitten in half. I have lost most my hearing in both ears and my eyesight has been severally damaged as well. Sound like fun yet anyone? Read on.

This is really a very nasty crime going on and I am not the only person that has fallen victim to these people in this area. It would seem that I am one of the few that has been strong enough to stand up against it so far.
